TERMS: Net 30 days, upon approval credit. Prices subject to change without notice. Prices are FOB Pomona, CA.
LATE PAYMENT: A charge of 1 to 1 1/2% per month may be assessed on all past due invoices and unpaid balances.
DISCREPANCY CLAIMS: Claims of discrepancy on invoice terms, delivery fees, prices or allowances must be brought to our attention no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice.
SALES TAX, SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Products sold and delivered within the state of California will be charged local and state sales tax as applicable. Sales tax will be figured (along with shipping and handling charges) at time of shipment.
METHODS OF SHIPMENT: When no special instructions are indicated, DUB HARRIS CORPORATION will ship goods via Federal Express ground. Pallet load or larger orders will be shipped by common carrier.
FUEL SURCHARGE: We will deliver to customers within a 25 mile radius of our offices in the Pomona, CA. There is a fuel surcharge on each order.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS: Please inspect your orders immediately upon receipt to make sure that the goods are in perfect condition and that the correct quantity was delivered. Report any discrepancies immediately.
PRODUCT RETURNS: Returns must be made within 30 days from date of shipment. Call customer Service for a Returned Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning the item. Returned goods are subject to 15% restocking fee. All freight on returned good must be prepaid by the shipper unless prior arrangements have been made with DUB HARRIS CORPORATION.
CONCEALED DAMAGE: If damages, defects or shortages are discovered after the goods are unpacked it is your responsibility to notify DUB HARRIS CORPORATION immediately. A customer service representative will work with you to resolve the problem.
